🎯 Eligibility

/Qualification–Research Area: Epigenetics, RNA Processing and Cancer Biology. The fellow will join the Epigenetics and RNA Processing Laboratory (Prof. Sanjeev Shukla) to study how hypoxiadriven metabolic rewiring reshapes the epigenetic landscape, including histone acetylation/lactylation switches and CTCF-dependent chromatin organisation, to control cancer-specific alternative splicing in triple-negative breast cancer. The project combines hypoxia models, chromatin profiling, splicing analysis and functional validation of isoforms.Essential: PhD in life sciences or a related area; at least one first-author research publication; hands-on experience in molecular and cell biology.Desirable:
