/Qualification–Essential Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related computational field with a minimum of 1 year of industry or research experience and a dissertation focused on semiconductor devices modelling and simulations.Proven track record in Semiconductor Device Modeling and simulations for sub-micron optoelectronic devices.High proficiency in industrial or academic TCAD suites (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus, Silvaco) and device characterization will be a plus.Experience with density functional theory (DFT) tools (e.g., Quantum Espresso, VASP).Deep understanding of scattering, tunnelling mechanisms, generation-recombination, van
