/Qualification–The candidate should have a PhD in biological sciences or allied sciences.The candidate should have experience in mammalian cell culture (handling, maintaining, transfection, imaging, Western blot, immunocytochemistry), membrane trafficking, endocytosis, cytoskeletal dynamics, live-cell and fixed-cell confocal imaging, in-cell FRAP and FCS, time-resolved fluorescence/lifetime using TCSPC and fluorescence anisotropy measurements, liposome preparation from synthetic and natural lipids, and membrane biophysical studies.
